Moving out is easy. We require a 28-day written or emailed notice, and your tenancy will end on the last day of the month. Before your move-out date, remove all belongings, sweep and clean the unit, and leave it empty. Please email or text a photo of the cleaned unit for confirmation.

When it comes to locks, keyed locks are yours to keep. Combination locks should be returned to the dropbox. If you no longer need a keyed lock or keys, you may leave them in the dropbox as well. Please leave the unit door closed and remove all locks when you’re finished.

Once these steps are complete, your rental will be properly closed.
